Oooooh~ Another graphite set hunter. Welcome! The graphite set was one of my first "big hunts" on geekhack and after a lot of patience I was able to get it from a Korean member, as that was where the original groupbuy was held. :]
The set is relatively rare as it includes "custom legends" which also include side-print legends and as a result the production price of the set was increased substantially. Due to high prices, the GB barely met MOQ and it remains to be a sight to see today. [Currently around ~$170+ if and only if you can find someone willing to sell]
However times have changed and we now have people holding IC's every way you look for SP keysets, so there may be a good chance of a possible future group buy.
Personally I have enough patience to wait for a GMK set as I've definitely had my fill of thin ABS.
If you want to get the original set with original legends, it may take some time. Good luck!

Perhaps a Dolch set would appease you? They're much easier to come by these days, and they were the inspiration for Graphite after all.

There was recently a GB for them, and every time, after a GB, people want to get rid of their sets. So when those ship, you may see some on the classifieds.

Originative seems to be having a pre-order for them? I'm not sure. I'm not certain I'd suggest this option. Originative doesn't have the best track record. But a lot of people stick by them and they do deliver at times, just inconsistently. I don't even know what their current status is, be it on the ball or not.
The last thing would be get enough posts under your belt and meet the criteria set forth in the rules to be able to post a WTB thread in the classifieds for what you're looking for. Almost certain you'll find it quickly. There has been a huge influx of Dolch sets over the past year.
I personally have two sets, thus want to get rid of at least one, possibly both. My problem is I'm not in a position to sell things to people because I don't have the time to deliver, or else I'd offer to sell you a set.
