I found this typewriter for a really low price. I can't really afford it but I thought I could re-sell it. On ebay I've seen demanding over $200, but are they sellable for this price? It has a north european/german layout.

Might be. They are prettier than functional, so they go to the collector's market, not to serious writers.
The guts of the machine are identical to the Lettera 32, which was an all right typewriter, but nothing like the Studio 44 or the Lettera 22 by Olivetti.
