Title: Poker II Warranty
Post by: dinoxor on Fri, 19 September 2014, 16:03:20
Hey, so I'm in a bit of a dilemma.

I purchased my Poker II form qtan's ebay store on March 28, 2014 as a birthday gift to myself.

I recently purchase an aluminum case from Pexon's group buy and received it the other day.

However, upon dissembling my keyboard, I noticed one of the screw has been stripped.

Now, I'm a very careful man when it comes to my belonging and I usually don't strip screws, (I work on my car a lot)

But from further inspection it seems like they were using a drill since there is damaged from the plate itself. There is no way a screwdriver can strip off the paint like that and I do not have a reason to use  a drill for something so small.

My question is, will this be covered under the 1 year warranty?
I tried sending qtan a message via ebay and vortex via facebook and still no response.
I tried looking for a vortex official website, but to no avail.
So as for my second question, is there an official email that I can contact to see if my keyboard is covered under warranty?
