Beautiful and in very good conditions.

So they sold to the fastest person. I begin to wonder what things are being sold before they even get a chance to be posted on the classifieds now...

This is exactly what is wrong with thread approving.
For the record, whenever I approve a thread and want to buy something, I always add at the bottom of my PM a disclaimer that I approved the thread and had an unfair advantage. It doesn't necessarily eliminate this sort of thing from happening entirely, but it lets them know that if for example they receive another PM within a minute they should choose to sell to them.
It's also not fair to disallow mods from buying from threads they approve, so I think this is the best alternative.

its not that big of a deal to me considering the amount of stuff that is out there and the mods DO sacrifice a little on their end as well on this forum for the benefit of the rest of us............, so whatever

No worries. Maybe since the next people in line didn't want it, Ivan could just have it? That way others got a fair chance at it, and clearly don't want it.
