I just ordered a Novatouch and would like to replace the keycaps with some thick low profile keycaps, like ones used in many of the scissor switch keyboards. Can you guys help me find the right set? Right now I am using an RF 97u at work and I do not like the high profile and the extra spacing of the keys.

I think that DSA or Devlin caps would work well for you. Check them out :).

In terms of height, DSA is the lowest profile out of DCS, OEM, SA, and GMK (Cherry).
-
DSA is a bit higher than home-row Cherry or DCS. In fact, home-row DCS are probably the lowest widely available keycaps.

DSA caps are great. I have the Granite set on my V60 Mini and I love it. They have done a couple of rounds of the set so you may be lucky enough to find one in the classifieds

Is the cherry or DCS profile shorter in terms of height?
-
DCS home row sits a tiny bit lower and the other rows use pretty steep angles.

There's M8 (low) profile keycaps that are lower than and slightly thicker than DSA, but they're only available in 1u, 1.5u and 2u (Ergodox anyone? [oh god, I sound like tp4]).
