We all know it's the last seconds that are the snipers solace.

Someone's picked it up for $257.00USD not bad :thumb: . Especially when everyone else has gone over $300+ for these babies.

Augh my views of SSK pricing has been spoiled by the prices I've got mine for...
-
Prices must be up.
I thought that was half again what they have been bringing lately.

I'm so MAD.. I used some sniping service... I think AuctionSniper .com but my max bid was $253 and I got a report back that when the price went to $250 (in the last few seconds) that $255 was the minimum next bid (so my $253 was not good... I should have used $260)... but that isn't to say that the winning guy didn't go up to $300 or more so I may have lost anyways... but still a bummer.
Oh well - my Type-S is coming in ANY MINUTE now! So I'm super excited to compare against my modded HHKB Pro 2 (non Type-S)....
I'll post results at this thread: http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=63255

I've learned not to second-guess myself when I don't win something (not that it happens often, but anyway). If I had put $260, someone else might have gone $261. But if I went $280 someone else might have gone $281. Then it quickly gets way too expensive and I feel better for saving my money to try again one day.

I think that he is saying that the increments go to $5 at higher price levels.
I did not know that, but would be interested to know where the break points are.

They do? I've never id on anything that expensive
My same out-guessing principal applies though :p

yeah you can tell it's a terminal model. Some very uncommon keycaps on it too. They could have come from a non-ssk though.
