Title: IBM Model M Terminal to USB or PS/2?

Hello,
I just got my Model M in the mail today, and its a terminal one. I Would like to know if there is a converter that I can buy anywhere, or if I would need to make one my self. If i where to make one myself, how would I go about doing it?
