Now that we're heading towards the end of 2014 I'd like to get an up to date response so (!)
1. In your opinion who makes the best mass produced board that really feels great with MX Blues. Sure - there will be variance from batch to batch but for whatever reason the construction used really brings out the best in MX Blues.
2. What do you feel are the best keycaps for MX Blues? I heard someone mention a while back that the light weight Signature Plastics are really good for the switch but I can't find the thread now.

I think the TK is pretty good with Blues, but found that thick keycaps muffle the click a little much.

IMO the dampening caused by thick caps makes them a lot more enjoyable ;)

I agree with this assessment. My blue-switch WASD V2 feels much more solid with thick Leopold PBT caps vice the original ABS. I have switched the keycaps back and forth a few times to confirm my preference... Thick PBT is better for me. YMMV as this all comes down to personal preference.

The most solid board I typed on with blues would be a Quickfire XT/TK. The keys on both felt really clicky and nice. For my favourite blues board, I would have to go with the Filco MJ2 TKL. I just like it for some reason.
Keycaps wise... Thick IMSTO!

Filco or Ducky.
For keycaps it's preference. If you want the click dampened, go for thick heavy caps, if you want to retain the high pitch click, SP DCS profile or Cherry thin PBT are good choices.

I guess that's why some people like Whites! I'm more of a fan of the click by itself, feels like I'm typing through a mat otherwise, haha.
