Title: How do I rebind these keys on a JIS keyboard?

My keyboard is JIS layout and via PS/2 to USB adaptor. How do I rebind the three keys beside the spacebar and the key to the left of the backspace?

I think you need a HASU controller or Teensy. But I could be wrong.
