The key is to be yourself. Everyone is unique and that in itself is special. I have no problem with everyone being at the same level, but I do have a problem with everyone being the same. Your skills / talents complement everyone elses skills / talents to make the whole group more useful. "Better" is most often a subjective thing, and it always is when comparing different things.

That's why you can choose to either be either "Exquisite" or "Esteemed"... completely individual... totally unique. :p ;D
