But all that boardchow adds weight to make the keyboard feel more substantial (forget brass) and depending on how greasy the food is it can help lube the board and make the keycaps nice and shiny.

for sure, these things are also mildly zesty like it's lime or something, so it's like a party of all the different tastes at once, amazing.
