why bother with that game, you're not missing anything.
you're better off just watching someone play it on youtube
Nope. It's not a good game under any circumstance, or possible view. You should be ashamed of yourself. Shame shame shame.
I expected more from you tp4 :(

Is the first 3/4 of the game not a linear path of endless hallways anymore? Did they add at least an element of exploration or player choice to the game? Did they get rid of Hope altogether? Did they revise the battle system so it requires a modicum of thought and skill? Did they rerecord most of the voices so they are no longer stereotypical and annoying? Did they redo the entire budget, and instead of dumping all the money into art direction they actually put some towards game balance, mechanics, and level design? Did they make any attempt to make Lightning interesting or engaging for the player in any way? Is there a much better theme song that doesn't play on an endless loop in different iterations throughout the entire goddamn game?
Did they fix any of these things?

All of those things ceased to matter, now that the game runs at 60fps..
I'm serious.. Play it.. 2560x1600, 60fps... it's great..Show Image(http://www.clubtuzki.com/emoticons/tuzki_024.gif)

Torture at 60fps is torture nonetheless

I think people were honestly just tortured by the 15-30fps.. and low resolution
I remember playing on a buddy's xbox when this came out.. It was a very Gritty experience.
The game is still quite easy, your choices still don't matter much.. just drink potions and hit attack..
but overall.. it's much more bearable now that the graphics are 10x better and battle animations are overall smooth...
Yes there are still frame dips.. but they recover much more quickly on PC than they did on xbox.ps3
Even Antialiasing WORKS.. with minimal effect on framerate, because this was a console port designed around low poly count and scene complexity..

I think you miss the point. It could run at a constant 120 fps at 4k resolution on CryEngine 4 in 3D vision and 32x AA, and it would be akin to ****ing a dead super model. Beautiful to look at, but ultimately soulless and not worth investing any time into growing the relationship.
