Title: Hello Geekhack!
Post by: linkcube on Tue, 14 October 2014, 00:07:04
Found out about mechs last year, still typing on my quickfire tk with blues I got back then. Thought it'd be fun to see some more of the keyboard projects and whatnot, I'll try to not lurk too hard :)

Welcome! I am quite a bit of a lurker, but GH is definitely a place where you will feel welcome to contribute whenever you want! I definitely don't lurk here as much as I do on other sites!

Yes, yes.  No lurking.  I made that mistake for a while. :))

Welcome to the site.  What do you think you're looking to get next?  Or experiment with?  Any particular layouts or switches you're interested in?

Thanks for the welcome, so far I just got the 60% layout with the poker II from massdrop and so far I am loving it. I might look into ergo dox at some later point, as ergonomics would be really nice as a tech worker. I'm also thinking of modding my quickfire when the warranty goes off so that I have no worries about voiding it.

Welcome, i am new here myself but you will quickly learn that this is a great community, very helpful and they deal with noob questions wonderfully.  Spent a good deal of time lerking myself before registering and replying, but once you start engaging the community you will see it is a great group of people.

Welcome to Geekhack!

Have you still got the TK?  If so, that makes two keyboards and a desire for a third.  Hope you checked your wallet at the door ;)
