I am really interested in the layout of the kmac mini with the function keys on the left. What is this form factor called?

I don't think it has a name. It's a unique keyboard.

I've seen a few older keyboards with a similar layout like the Chicony 5160AT. I don't think there is a specific name for it either.

Well it definitely has the number of keys to call it a 75% keyboard, however the layout is definitely not very standard.
I would say that the name of the layout would be the "KMAC Mini Layout"

Ah yes, there are definitely other keyboards with the F keys on the left - fairly common in vintage boards - but I'm not aware of any other mini board with a similar layout. There is definitely no other board with an identical layout.
