Title: Software for multiple program instances
Post by: Naweo on Mon, 20 October 2014, 14:02:04
Hello, currently I am using sandboxie to open multiple instances of programs but it seems that the more instances I open, the more lag I get, and this is likely a software issue.

Does anyone know programs similar to sandboxie which could handle the job better?

Sounds more like a memory issue.

What's preventing you from opening multiple instances of the program without sandboxie? If you really want application isolation, Bufferzone Pro is another one you can try. If you're running a lot of instances, it could well be a memory issue causing the lags, depending on how sanboxie handles reserving memory per instance.
