As you can tell from the pictures, the keyboard is missing some caps, but that isn't too big of deal.

It's not truly NIB, but you get the box, which is what counts :)

That "$4.99" on the box really looks embarrassing, unfortunately.

I think that I am OK with "new in box" interpreted to mean that the box was cracked open just to check the contents, but the item itself needs to be a virgin if you call it that.

I would call it used with box. I received my PC/XT model F that way. Very used but with box. Box was in horrible shape, but I kept the foam.
