Hi,
As the title says, I'm looking for something that might look strange here...
I'm looking for a tenkeyless keyboard backlit but standard (non mech cherry) as silent as possible.
As I have really hard time to find this on the web I thought that in this forum I might get some starting points.

also afaik the only "silent" mechanical TKL boards are Topre Realforces but those aren't backlit

I wouldn't call that "strange". We see a lot more stranger keyboards around here. ;) It is just unusual, unfortunately.
The only one I know of is Microsoft Sidewinder X6, but it is not produced any more, and it is also a gaming keyboard with extra macro keys and such which puts some people off.

In the non-mechanical world, the closest to TKL layout is the "Roccat Arvo", which combines a T shaped arrow keys with a numpad. But it is not backlit (it only illuminates the arrow keys when numpad is disabled).
If you are willing to accept weird layouts, you'll find several backlit membrane keyboards if you search Amazon for 'keyboard backlit compact'. There you'll find Adesso, Ivation, I-Rocks, Logitech and others.
The "Logitech Bluetooth Illuminated Keyboard K810" one seems good quality, although it has slim scissor switches (right now I personally prefer tall keys with full travel). The others don't have tall keys either, they are something in between scissor switches and full height. Actually, almost no one is making membrane keyboards with higher profile keys nowadays. By that I mean about 4mm of keystroke travel instead of 2mm.
Do you need backlight for gaming or for typing?

I know it is a weird question.
but I like the tenkeyless design but need it to be silent for evening play and backlit.
as I have really hard time to find anything for now, maybe someone has some starting points.

Silent? No, there's no such thing as a silent mechanical. Even the matias quiet switches are pretty loud in comparison to many rubber domes. Maybe you could check out the Ducky TKL boards with any switch except for clicky mx blues?

I have a v60 with MX Blacks and that is about the quietest thing I've ever typed on - including rubberdome. Of course, a V60 is not a TKL, but if you are looking for silent MX, Blacks the as close to silent as I've heard so far. I've also tried reds and browns, both which are pretty quiet compared to other MX switches, but the sound of bottoming out does produce some noise.

I'd suggest a Ducky Shine with MX blacks and O-rings.
