I've been using my Ducky DK9087 Year of the Dragon for a while now, and just recently acquired an '87 model M. I thought it would be a great time to join the ranks among all of you....so hello!
-
Welcome to GH! We're glad to have you!
A Ducky TKL and a Model M are a good start...what's your next keyboard? :p

I actually just ordered the Poker II with clears off a massdrop group buy. This is going to be my custom board.
-
60%! Nice!
What customizations do you have in mind? Spring swap? I'm a fan of lubed 55g clears myself. ;)

Welcome Havok! You're off to a screaming good start with this nice range of keyboards, I think you'll find lots to read about and contribute to with the boards you have. Hope to see you around! :thumb:

Welcome to GeekHack.
If you don't already know, the Poker II with Clears currently on MassDrop has an estimated shipping date at December 17th. I hope you can wait that long.
-
Yeah the shipping date is quite unfortunate, but seeing as I just picked up my Model M, I have something to play with for the time being! I need to do some more research on customizing, but I was hoping to do a case swap and get some gorgeous keycaps.

Now I want a Model M.

The Model M is fantastic! The biggest set-back that I have noticed is that going from my Ducky TKL with Reds to the buckling springs is quite a workout for my fingers! But the sound is magical, I just randomly type stuff to hear it now

Welcome to Geekhack!
I swap between MX blacks, greens and Model M - a very good workout for the fingers.
The only thing is my HHKB feels way too light now :))
