Title: Ducky Shine 4 Multi LED - One Color Less Bright?

For the new Ducky Shine 4 that is multi-RGB which is blue and red....if I just go with Blue, will the blue be less bright since only part of the LED is on? Would a dedicated singular blue LED be more bright?
