Title: What height are these F-keys?

I was geeking around and the all of a sudden I ran into this(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/10/29/4dcec4e55236f97d0dae12a4068733fe.jpg)
Somehow there is a 3 or 4 mm height difference
