Link (http://www.henzconsulting.com/Pages/Projects/keyboard.htm).
Unfortunately the page is somewhat lacking is detail and some of the pictures are a bit blurry but note the extra key inserted so the arrow keys could be shifted over and used as delete and the apparent removal of the large button where the function buttons now are.
Despite the state of the internals the results are impressive, and it's now full n-key rollover.

Good one. This is something that can be done with any ADB or other old mechanical non-compatible keyboard. This is the first page completely describing the necessary steps (Chimera's steampunk mod was close but I missed the cutting of the original pcb traces. Might have been bad reading).
There is another Apple Adjustable mod here (http://www.kbdmania.net/board/zboard.php?id=user_review&page=1&sn1=&divpage=1&sn=off&ss=on&sc=on&select_arrange=hit&desc=desc&no=922). Using a HHKB Lite 2 as a donor adds a USB hub and has the F keys on the number keys.
Someone invite this guy.

Agreed.
I just don't understand why he got these ghost key issues. Points to something not quite right with the wiring if you ask me.

This link should work:

I love this mod, btw. Takes two 'boards with well known shortcomings and combines them into something really good. The good 'halves' of those keyboards complement each other so well. Really, really good idea.
Wrt the ghosting issues, I thought that too. If the matrix of the new controller is recreated it should work the same. Unless there were diodes too in the controller donor, maybe?
