Probably not the cheapest keyboard to be found, but I’ve never seen one of these and thought people might find it interesting. Likely to be amber Omron B3G-S switches (keycaps are the same as a Wang keyboard with amber Omrons http://curio.egloos.com/2612624), and with a solid metal-backplate construction.

Best offer was apparently $200. I wonder if someone here got it.
I’m not sure it’s worth that (I wouldn’t offer more than about $100), but amber Omron switches are very clicky. :-)
