I just got my HHKB Type-S in the mail today and so far it is a BLAST to type on.
Plopped it on top of some shelf liner and this thing is even quieter than the keyboard on my rMBP.
So how do you guys have your HHKBs set up?
So far, I have Dip Switches 2, 3, and 6 toggled
and through OSX keyboard settings, I've swapped Control for Command (I hate how Mac splits the functions of these two keys up. I had to choose between Control - which is ultimately useful for programming and working through Terminal, and the Copy, Paste, New Tabs, etc. functions; does anyone have a better solution than this?)

I have 1 and 3-5 on, I set it on top of my laptop usually.

3 and 5 on, everything else off.

I turned 3 on (Makes DEL button a Backspace button instead). Haven't felt the need to change anything else!
I'm also using self liner (as we talked about in my thread). I actually just took it off and typed without the liner underneath and wow! The liner actually dampens the sound a lot more than I thought, really loving it :D
On a side note, I've found the HHKB really grew on me. In the first 2-3 hours I had this board I was like "Why did I buy this". Now I'm like "I don't think I'll ever need another keyboard" :p
