These things have really nice PBT dye-sub keycaps which should clean up pretty well, and dampened tactile Alps switches (probably cream-colored sliders). The keyboard looks somewhat dirty and it looks like there might be a spot of damage to the case near the arrow keys; hard to tell from the outside what the condition of the switches is.
For anyone with an ANSI-layout Alps board, though, these are one of the nicest sets of keycaps you’ll find. Or a nice keyboard to swap some other type of Alps switch into if you don’t like the original switches.
