Title: Help! Does anyone know the webpage for KBC keycaps in China?

I know someone who comprehends Mandarin and I'd like them to reach out to KBC to figure out when/if they will be making Rainbow POM - or any POM - keycaps again.

Does anyone have any URL/Contact info for this company?  I can't seem to find it.   :'(

KBC is a forum. Not an OEM. The OEM for KBC keyboards (and I think keycaps) is Vortex.
