Title: Currently modifying some forum settings

Things might go a bit wonky for 10-15 minutes at a time. At the end of modifying, I will be running routine database maintenance tasks that will bring the forum offline for about 10 minutes.

It's wonky enough as it is - a little bit more wonkiness won't go astray, especially if it helps with some of the problems.
