Likely rubberdome.  Always ask the seller to remove a keycap to be sure.  If they refuse - F them.

Didn't have the seller pull a keycap but he said it felt like a "new style" keyboard so I passed.  Thanks

The odd size of the Esc key also leans towards this being membrane.

If you can get it for 5 bucks you could always use it for target practice.

I'm sure I had one of these and it was rubber dome. Please say it is, else I threw away an alps keyboard years ago...  :'(
