I've recently got myself a Kinesis Advantage Pro and have my own custom key set that I'm using with dampeners.
The problem I've got is, I really don't want to have to buy another one and do it all again. With the keyboard and my modifications, it would cost more than I'd like to get one for both the office and at home.
As part of my work, I do travel a bit as well, which normally means me carrying a laptop bag, 2 external monitors and a backpack through to see my clients... It's quite a sight to see.
What would be the best solution for carrying this about? I also worry that by taking it home on the days I don't work from home, it might somehow be wearing out the connectors?
Any suggestions? How do most people cope with having one super board that is shared between work, home and business trips?

I've seen someone that used a hard shell case with egg crate interior for major protection, and then a more "reasonable" sleeve that was either foam or neoprene for just keeping the board/cable in a tidy package and that could be moved around without much thought.
