Looks like PBT keycaps (with some hand-drawn cyrillic added), so likely salmon Alps switches. In Bulgaria, but shipping to the US is apparently very cheap:

Board’s condition doesn’t look too great so the switches might be pretty scratchy.

In case you missed it:
keyboad does not have cable
no work
That shipping is really nice tho; I've paid near double for less shipped CONUS and this is coming from Bulgaria. :))

yea its salmon alps, but somebody took a sharpie or something and wrote on the caps.
denture soak would probably remove it as well as retrobriting in the sun
yes they are pbt

I bought an old-logo Dell AT101 recently and it turned out to have black Alps and ABS caps (acetone test).
Just saying .......

This one is very obviously PBT caps, but they look like they might be scratched up from the cyrillic writing, it’s hard to tell.

The guy could just be saying the keyboard "no work" because he has no cable with which to make it work.
I also find it odd that their grammar was more or less correct for "keyboard does not have cable" but not for "no work", despite the fact that they just had to reuse the same phrase as before to say "keyboard does not work". Weird.
