Figure I'd finally sign up, set it GH as one of my default pages and start actively posting rather than lurking.
You guys and gals (and the reddit peeps) are the people that inspired me to dive in head first into the uncommon regions of MechKeyboards. Thanks to that I'm now looked at by friends as being that one weirdo that one stop talking about switches when they are happy with their 2013 Blackwidows or Corsair equivalents.
Currently living off a stock Ducky 2 but soon to upgrade to a Poker II w/ Clears when it arrives tomorrow.

Welcome to Geekhack!
A nice couple of keyboards you have there :)
Have you had the Ducky long? The Ducky Shine 2 is a bit old now (I have two Ducky Shine 1 btw).

Yea had the Ducky Shine 2 now for far too long which is why the upgrade to the Poker II think the next will be the HHKB but I'm going to have to do some research first. Thanks for stopping by!

I started with the same two boards. Welcome, and prepare your wallet!

If you're used to the Poker, HHKB won't be quite as much of a culture shock, with the lack of dedicated arrows.
But other things like the position of Ctrl and Backspace seem to put a lot of people off. If you do get an HHKB, please give yourself a couple of weeks with it to get used to the layout, then you'll be wondering whether you can remap your other keyboards to the HHKB layout!
