Looks like it's from the capacitive BS era, japanese or latin charecters?
Weird keycaps on the left side, not sure if they're metallic or relengendable.

These are tee-mount Alps (linear switches).

They are relegendable.

The case is also not metal.

It does appear to communicate using the same protocol as a 4700, even though it is not one.

Suggest you lock this thread, OP, because these keyboards can be obtained for under $30 NIB. Also, I have one and the alps are very smooth but not for me. To me, they actuate too easily.
