Based on the "tombstone" caps, it could be a Fujitsu, though I have seen some rubber domes with that cap shape. In either case, it's a cool looking old board. I think it's been listed a few times, so it may eventually go cheaper.

Definitely a Fujitsu keyboard. Later Fujitsu keyboards with this keycap shape used Peerless switches, for which the reviews I’ve seen are kinda uninspiring, but those aren’t exactly standard rubber domes.
