Title: Chestnuts

Trader Joe's had chestnuts, so I decided to try some out since I had never had them.  I still don't know what to make of them.  They're kind of weird tasting, not bad, but not great either.  When did these become a thing?

I cook braised baby back ribs with chestnuts and it tastes great. I eat chestnuts roasted with sugar all the time when I was in China and I super love it.
