Title: Change layout KBT PURE PRO

Hello everyone ,

I 'm thinking of buying the keyboard KBT PURE PRO , with the layout in German ( QWERTZ ) . It is the only one that now sell on Amazon.

I wonder if I can physically change the key Y by Z , and put the UK layout (QWERTY )

Hi,

changing the keycaps should be possible. Just swapping the caps in general yields an uneven profile, since the keycaps are sculpted differently by row. However iirc the Pure Pro with German layout sold by amazon might come with replacement caps for Y and Z in their QWERTY profile. A friend told me about this, but I don't know whether this is true for all boards or whether he just got those caps as a bonus.
