Is there any topre keyboards which has the sam layout with noppoo choc mini?

And which topre switch is similar to cherry mx brown and which similar to clears?

what difference do i feel when i use a topre? (using cherry mx blue atm)

No. HHKB is as close as you'll get.

None of them. Topre switches don't compare to MX very well.
