Title: Philips HUE... HUE.... HUE....
Post by: intelli78 on Fri, 28 November 2014, 23:07:26: Just picked up Philips HUE at Home Depot. Pretty badass, but expensive. The starter kit came with 3 60-watt equivalent bulbs but I'm going to need 2-3 more to properly light my bedroom (@ $60 ea).

I have it set up with my Android and I'm installing a Pebble app as well. Any other good hacks for HUE?

I can picture the day where everything is controllable by your phone. Thermostat, lights, locks, its gonna be soon! :thumb:

Lighting, locks, thermostat, sprinklers, alarm system, even your goddamned coffeemaker can be controlled via your phone.

Post by: intelli78 on Mon, 01 December 2014, 18:28:14: I bought 2 more bulbs and my bedroom is more badass. I also started using the Android Hue Pro app, it's definitely superior to the official one. Using Huebble for Pebble, seems to work great.
