Should be Monterey Blues.  I'm not a huge fan of Chicony build quality, but the switches are nice.

Like all Chicony boards, these are a roll of the dice. Beyond Alps-mount SMK (“monterey”) switches, they might also be Alps clones, awful MX clones, MX-mount Futabas, or who knows what. Ask the seller to pull a cap if you want to be sure before purchase.

Don't know if this helps or not but my 5981 has monterey blues.
