Preferably compact (60% and 75% both fine).

What is "best?" Hard to say, I'd go with a duck eagle 60% or an octagon 75%, green switches, and PBT caps of course.
-
Only compact, green switch PBT cap keyboard I can think of is the FC660M. It's a pretty good board, too.

You can always build the BEST keyboard for yourself :)

mot sue where most everyone is going with this. but since he says 'stock', he means he wants to buy a complete keyboard that's factory assembled right?
-
If you are willing to stretch into tenkeyless territory I'd keep an eye out on Massdrop for the Varmilo 87 - which appears to come out of the same factory as they Leopolds. Nice thick side print or top dyesub PBT keycaps w/ multiple keycap colors.
-
My QFS is excellent, although it did not come with PBT keycaps. As it is a standard layout, a set is easy to source (and feels great!).
-
A code and a set of the Vortex caps from mech keyboards.com, imo!

I don't think anything has greens, PBT, and is 60% stock. However there is the varmillo that was mentioned before by Dante.

There's a guy selling FC660Ms on ebay with PBT caps and green switches.
