Title: Hello from Ohio
Post by: Alik4041 on Sun, 07 December 2014, 20:18:44
Hello geekhack! I've been reading all types of threads on these forums and figured it's about time I register. I recently made a purchase of a WASD code TKL in mx green and I liked it enough that now I want to build my own. My goal is to build a white backlit TKL keyboard, build I'm still working on understanding which parts I need. I'm currently looking into the a.87 ps2avr type of build, but I still have much to learn about what's available. Happy posting!

Welcome to Geekhack!

MX greens - nice :)

How are your soldering skills?  That is the main skill that you need when building your own keyboard from scratch.  Apart from that, the parts are generally fairly readily available.
