Anybody know what it says?

Are they really still running through old stock? Seems unlikely.

Someone found another pallet of them.

This seems to have been happening a lot lately.

A shame that new Topre stuff is not being made though.

Demand outside of Japan doesn't extend much further than us. Maybe the occasional rich guy trying to be impressive by saying he's got a $200 keyboard, but not much else aside from the enthusiast crowd.

That's sad :(

I wonder if Massdrop did the occasional drop on Topre keyboards whether it might prompt them to do the occasional small run of a few hundred to a thousand or so.  They'd have the equipment already, just a case of starting it to make a batch of keyboards and keycaps.

Considering the crazy MOQ on topre keyboards for corporate entities, I doubt it. Especially since Topre hates discounting things. I've never seen an HHKB/RF on sale from an official retailer ever.

If they were like, $50 to $100 cheaper, they'd be more popular, I'd say.

I can't see them dropping in price by $100, but $50 would tempt a lot of people who would otherwise hold off.

It says:
"2012. 12. 02. Restock"
"Ergonomically weighted/Uniform/Silenced"
Hope that helped  ;)

Thanks for the translation. Have you seen any discussions about these re-stocks on the Korean forums? I am just curious where all this stuff is suddenly coming from.

I just checked out kbdmania and naver(a korean search engine) but there doesn't seem to be much talk about the December restock, let alone where theyre coming from. Only thing I found were some complaints about the left ctrl key, something about the angle[?] of it.

Ok, well thanks for checking :)

The switch on RF 87u left control is different than all the others:

Well that explains a whole lot. Thanks for clarifying that  ;)
Let me know if you need any other help in korean.
