Do you like inducing vomiting after you eat to ensure that you stay in shape?

no for me. i eat so full and just sit there in regretting pain, and then do it again the next day.

Sometimes if I ate waaaay too much of something greasy(caught up in the moment) and it's just sitting there like a dense mass ****ting all over the rest of my day, I'll induce vomiting.

I don't believe in physicists but i'd like to say that i actually can understand the appeal since i'm assuming you're not talking about every meal or something extreme like that but i just don't think it's a good option when you can choose to exercise or eat less to begin with.

Considering it's GH, probably 0 females, so we're safe as far as topic-fallouts..
BUT still.. if anyone's really throwing up, I recommend you look at some fitness magazines.. the benchmark for a male body is the V shape..
You can't get there with Bulimia..

It's a good thing eating disorders are not terribly prevalent.. vs say something serious like famine..

Dude, I don't know what kind of weirdness happens in my tummy with honey but if I puke it up it tastes so...not like honey.

It was the first time I tried honey in my tea as well, so maybe that's what did it.

IMO when you induce vomiting you're not staying in shape you're keeping your weight down. To be in shape you need to exercise, you can be 100lbs and completely out of shape.

When I want to lose weight walking and eating more lightly is effective. A couple hour walk a few times a week is great. I've been through periods where even at a regular weight I've wanted to lose more. Originally used to cycle on an exercise bike which was good too, but walking feels better.
Also bulimia is a thing. If someone is doing it just to lose weight it's best to talk to people with better advice. There are far better methods of maintaining a weight.
