Title: 2x Omnikey 101s (standard ANSI white Alps boards with metal backs), $60+shipping BIN
Post by: jacobolus on Sat, 13 December 2014, 02:16:39
I don’t understand how these haven’t sold in the half a day they’ve been up.

One is supposedly not working, but it should be possible to fix, or at the very least swap the un-yellowed case and keycaps onto the working one.

These are great boards as hosts for whatever Alps switches you prefer, if you like a full-size ANSI layout.

This was a very good deal.

I have had a fair amount of luck Retro-briting Omnikey cases, but not keys.

Those chassis and cases are the absolute best place there is to transplant your preferred Alps switches.

See my post in the blue Alps tour thread on how to mount a standard PS/2 cable and get rid of the goofball arrangement that is standard.
