I know this doesn't look like the best price, but would this be a good source for vintage blacks?

I know this seller has a some non functioning PCE terminals that they will let go for cheap. Call them.

I desoldered a board with vintage blacks (ancient WY50) and some of the the copper on the contact had oxidation.

Yes usually these are good for vintage blacks... but sometimes they have been refurbished and don't have vintage blacks or perhaps only a few... or they have been stored so poorly and so full of filth (inside the switch) that it ruins it.
