I got my hand problems today, the feel pins and needles,really rigid and tremble to hold objects,after i searching, i find may cts
but when my hand healthy, what good choice ergo mice with less movement and no fly (my hand touched the table)?

Hello,
Most ergonomics mouse (such as the evoluent) don't allow wrist movement, so you have to move it by rotating your elbow and shoulder. This is fine for most people but i never liked it.
What i use is de DXT (wireless), wich is really sensitive so you just move it with your fingers (no wrist, no elbow and no shoulder). One warning, i have small hands, so that may be a factor on why i like it so much.

Both devices allow the user to keep their hands in the normal typing position while utilizing the underused thumbs for mouse movement. They also double as palm rest. I plan to offer a thorough review of the Mousetrapper and Rollermouse when I sell this darn Maltron and reinvest the funds in a Rollermouse. I find that the devices reduce the strain on my fingers and wrist caused by most mice, including trackballs.

I use a Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch v3 at work and at home. Very ergonomic!
Just switch it to mouse mode and you'll never want to go back, I've been pain free for years now. Returning back to a mouse and it quickly comes back.

I'm thinking of replacing my current ones with the new ones and taking the larger model

Yeah its great. A lot better than those upright mice and I prefer it to those rolerbars etc. I found this a lot more precise and quicker.
But you'll want to have a narrow keyboard like TECK or Kinesis Freestyle if you use it

The Rollermouse and Mousetrapper do lack in precision, that is the most annoying part. Trade-offs, trade-offs.

Windows has an option to automatically move the mouse pointer to a default button when a form opens - takes some getting used to, but once you've got used to it, turning it off sounds stupid.
What about using your other hand for a while?

I used that for a while but for me it was annoying because this meant any click would submit. Had quit a few problems with that...

interisting dxt ambidex model can change another hand anytime, usually i use 500dpi optical

i quite interest with rollermouse for long time interest if u make the review rollermouse compare moustrapper
btw i really dont like touch model like moustraper such touchscreen, touchpad, its very not accurate to me

yeah, i've using other hand for a while my mouse can setting rh/lh side with firmware

Having a lot of tendon problems myself, I have focussed on ergonomic products the past few years.
Ergonomic keyboards and mice are a very personal match. What works for me are:
- Apple trackpad.
- Old model trackball - I use the Logitech Cordless Trackman FX Optical Trackball - there's 2 older versions around: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/189 and http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/cordless-trackman-fx - hard to get, but there are still good offers around on ebay once in a while.
What I think is important in a mouse / trackball is that is "forces" you into a more natural "handshake" position. I tried vertical mice, but personally that doesn't work for me, but maybe it does for you.
