Dude, can't you read!  The Braille is fine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braille).  That F**#$*&Q Failblog site is screwed up.

Looks like the first two letters are messed up on the billboard (the edited-in text below is given for reference and thus also spelled correctly). Why one would want to put Braille lettering there to begin with is another question. Makes you wonder what some people are thinking.
