Title: Ducky 2087 and Ducky 2087S: are the plates the same so that LED's can be added?

I have searched but can't find the answer. Has anyone added LED's to the basic nonbacklit Zero? Looks possible to me but I'd like to confirm before starting a project. Thanks to anyone who has the knowledge.
