Title: Roccat Kone Pure mouse pad issues
Post by: tigersharkdude on Fri, 26 December 2014, 11:27:09
Does anybody, that owns a Kone Pure, have issues on mouse pads? I have a Corsair pad and occasionally the Roccat won't *move* the pointer well BUT if I put it directly on my desk it works fine. I guess im going to go back to no mousepad because i never have an issue directly on desk.

I'm rocking a Roccat Kone XTD on my laptop, Lua on my server, and a Tyon on my tower running Xubuntu 64-Bit.  I'm not sure about the Windows drivers, but in the Linux drivers under the "Device" drop down menu you can click on TCU.  Try to activate and recalibrate your mouse under this menu.  Also, might want to update your firmware as well.

I'll look into re-calibrating. Firmware is up to date
