Seems to be a Cherry G80-1000 (http://deskthority.net/wiki/Cherry_G80-1000) with an AT or XT interface in QWERTY layout.
Probably doubleshots, screw-in stabilizers.

The seller is one town away so if someone is interested I can proxy.

Seems like he has two of them!
Never heard of a Cherry RS6000M (http://www.marktplaats.nl/a/computers-en-software/toetsenborden/m880704835-cherry-toetsenboord-model-rs6000m.html?c=3c1f5dcc18d02a99040ca8de656940d2&previousPage=lr) though. Could be a medical model.

EDIT: He used the same picture twice.
So it could either be a rebranded G80-3000... or a G83-RS6000. Which is a rubber dome.

So, now I know why the seller didn't reply. He sold both to 'someone' in Belgium. :P

Gave him a call today. He was a little bit quiet when I told him how much the board was worth. XD

How much did you tell him they were worth? You can get boards like this for like $50-75 off taobao

Pretty much that. They might be in great condition if they always used a protective sheet in the hospital.
He is still trying to sell a Compaq rubber dome for €25.

He said he would write down my name for when he comes across some more. *fingers crossed*

I would if they are blue alps. Will I not find out until I buy it and it arrives, or is there a way to know beforehand?

The keycaps themselves are nothing to write home about. I have no idea what material they are made of. The codes underneath change per keycap.

Printing ... I have no idea yet. I'll take another shot. They seem to be dyesubs but the plastic used is slightly opaque when I shine a lot of light on it so the edges are hard to capture.
