Since I would pick up the Ducky in person it cost about $10 more ( sales tax ) then the CM. Plus my butt doesn't have to leave the chair for the CM :) ( Actually I have to go to the local CVS to get a gift card, )
Both backlit, but I am unsure of the modes, both fullsize with Cherry Blues.
