So, I sat down at my computer and when I booted it on, my Ducky Shine 3's lights did not come on, and the computer would not detect it. I tried changing cables, tried using it on my laptop, and rebooted both multiple times. Still nothing. It seems like it crapped out.
What do I do? Is there anything I can do? I know Ducky has a one year [assumed limited] warranty, but since I bought it from MechanicalKeyboards.com, I don't know if they'll honor it. I bought it over the summer though, so it is within the one year time frame.

You've tried a different cable and a different computer, so it is looking more like a fault with the keyboard.
Do you disconnect it often? Maybe the mini-USB socket has broken. Have a look in the socket under the keyboard and see if it looks well.
MK.com is very well regarded, and even has a vendor forum here.
If the keyboard is still under warranty, I'd definitely suggest contacting them before you open it or try something radical.

Well, I do disconnect it occasionally, but not enough to damage the port, I don't think. I've emailed both the Ducky support people and MK.com, but is there anything else I can test to confirm that it is broken and not just a fluke? (I don't think this is possible, but I'm in denial)
EDIT: Here's a picture of the mini-usb port. Does it look damaged?

I think this is a case of your keyboard being jealous that your desk has more bling then it does.
It has gone on strike. :(

That connector looks straight, but it's kind hard to tell much else without opening the keyboard which would, as I said before, void your warranty.
About the only other thing I can think of is to try gently wriggling the above connector a bit, preferably with something thin and plastic. Does either side seem to move up or down, or even sideways?
Sometimes these connectors are held in only by a few small solder joints, and are easily dislodged. I don't know how well Ducky secured this one on the Shine 3.
Best bet is to wait for a response from MK and go from there.
This is one of those occasions where having several spare mechanical keyboards would let you swap to a secondary one whilst the first one is undergoing repair ;)

Luckily, I've got my trusty backup Leopold to switch to. So I don't have to bear the pain of rubber domes while I wait. :)
MK.com responded to my email with their RMA information, so I'm going to take it to the post office tomorrow to send it out. Hopefully I'll be able to get it back in a reasonable amount of time.
Will update with progress periodically.

A quick response - MK is good like that :)
